  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes, Q's Moving Corp is fully licensed and insured in the State of New York.

  • Do you provide free estimates?

    Yes, we offer our moving consultations at NO additional cost. We can coordinate with you on-site or via a virtual walkthrough.

  • How much notice do you need for booking?

    Ideally, we would like two weeks' notice. However, we understand that sometimes closing dates are beyond the customer's control and we will always do our best to accommodate any short-notice requests.

  • Do you dispose of unwanted furniture or contents?

    Yes, we work with a local third party for all our disposal needs.

  • Does it cost more to move on the weekends?

    No, our rates are set and we do not change based on the day of the week. Some other companies will upcharge their services on days that are higher in demand, such as Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays.

  • Do you do smaller jobs such as moving something within the home?

    Yes, Q's Moving offers full-service moves as well as labor-only services. For example, if you need a couch moved to the basement or want to swap bedroom sets between rooms, we can take care of it for you.

  • Do you offer flat-rate services?

    Yes, we do. To receive a flat rate, we need to confirm your inventory list as well as factors such as accessibility, parking, and travel between locations.

  • Is a deposit needed to reserve your services?

    No deposit is needed to book your move! All payment is processed upon completion of service. Our goal is to make sure you trust us to get the job done right with NO hidden fees.

  • Do you have same-day services?

    Yes, as long as we have the team and truck available, we are happy to do a same-day dispatch for moves.
